The National Library of Medicine (NLM) collects customer experience information from a variety of its digital products, including the MedlinePlus consumer health product and its digital collections platform drawn from its status as one of the world’s leading biomedical libraries. NLM staff use this information to understand how customer experience varies according to role, task, and the nature of the visit.
